Shipping Policy
All orders from the UK will be sent 1st class. Estimated time, 2-3 working days.
Europe 3-5 working days.
Rest of the world 5-7 working days.
Shipping costs are on weight. So if your order is over 2kg, other shipping methods might have to be arranged.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will offer a full refund on the return of the faulty item. Or have a new item made. (Customers preference). The claim must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
